The hotel registration is open. FFLA Members - There will be a Hospitality Suite at the Rosen Center Hotel. The hotel will fill quickly, so it is recommended that FFLA members attempt to book at the Rosen Center Hotel. You need to book through the ACTFL Housing Site.

How do I register for the 2013 ACTFL Conference and World Language Expo?

To register for the 2013 ACTFL Conference and World Language Expo, you must register through the ACTFL Conference Web Site.

If I register through ACTFL, why should I remain a part of FFLA?

If you renew your 2014 membership or join FFLA, your FFLA membership will allow you to register for the 2013 ACTFL conference at the same rate as an ACTFL member.

How do I remain an active member of FFLA for the 2013 Conference?

Go to the Membership Registration link above and follow the directions to join or to renew. Your active status needs to say that your membership expires in June of 2014 to be considered active for the time of the conference.

Why won't I be a member if I just paid recently?

Because every time you register for an FFLA conference, your are paying for the conference and your membership is included in the price - therefore, the money you just paid is for the past conference, and the registration for the 2012-2013 membership year. You must pay your Membership Fee ($30) again to be an active member for the 2013-2014 membership year, in order to register as a member for the 2013 ACTFL Conference and World Language Expo.

Is there any advice you can give me?

To take advantage of an additional savings opportunity, ACTFL has an Early-Bird registration special which will end by July 11, 2013. If you pay your FFLA membership fee (BY June 11, 2013) AND the early-bird conference fee for ACTFL by their deadline (July 11, 2013), you will enjoy a DISCOUNT that will make a significant difference to FFLA members.

Why do I need to pay for my FFLA membership 1 month before the early bird special for the ACTFL conference?

FFLA must submit a list of active members to ACTFL Registrations in order for you to be able to register as an active member. Your name must show up on that list, before you can register for Early Bird, or at a membership rate FFLA members must submit their payments by June 11, 2013 to be on the list before the Early-Bird Special expires.
